| 内容記述 | この研究の目的は、与薬依頼によって起きた誤薬事故のリスクへの管理職看護師と一般職看護師の認識の違いを明らかにすることである。対象は勤務年数が10年以下の一般職看護師223(一般職群)人と11年以上の管理職看護師108人(管理職群)である。方法は、与薬依頼を題材にした誤薬事故のシミュレーションのリスクの箇所にアンダーラインを引き、事故への関連の深さ(関連度)を評価してもらった。リスク毎の発見者数と関連度の認識数を両群で比較した。その結果、管理職群は一般職群より与薬依頼の際の説明不足と患者に与薬する時の確認不足の発見者数が多かった。一般職群は管理職群よりスタッフ同士の説明不足の関連度を低く認識するものが多かった。管理職群は依頼者側と当事者の責任を重視し、一般職群はスタッフによる略式の与薬依頼を容認する可能性がある。与薬依頼のルールを明確にして、両者の認識を近づけ、誤薬事故を予防する必要がある。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | The aim of this study was to compare with nurse administrators' and stuff nurses' awareness of the risks of medication error caused by receiving medication requests. The data was drawn from a collection of 223 stuff nurses whose experience years was under 10 years (Stuff nurses group: SNG) and 108 nurse administrators whose experience year was over 11 years (Nurse administrators group: NAG). The subjects underline directly the point of the risks of the simulation and evaluate the degrees of relevance (Relevance levels). The numbers of each risk and relevance levels were compared. The results showed that the numbers of the lack of explanation upon receiving medication requests and those of lack of confirmation to the patient before medication were less than those of SNG. The numbers of SNG of lower awareness to the relevance levels was more than those of NAG. Therefore, it is possible that NAG respects the responsibility of the nurse who ask medication requests and the nurse who administrate to the patient and SNG accepts the informal stuff nurses' medication requests. It is necessary to clear the rule of medication request and prevent the medication errors approximating the awareness of each group. | |||||
