Specifically, we described practices and problems for clinical clerkship in visiting care facilities such as day care. The important points of clinical clerkship for success are student participation, the first method of teaching students as a modeling, next coaching and finally fading, practice from what you can do, priority of patient benefit, and formative assessment. The current problems of clinical clerkship are the lack of understanding for clinical clerkship by other occupations and the lack of clinical reasoning ability in clinical supervisor.
